The Festival Provides:

• Exhibitor space
• Area trash barrels
• Sanitation/Clean Up crew
• Event permits
• Standard lighting and cabling
• Area security personnel (Protection of exhibitor's property shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor)

Exhibitors Need to Provide Their Own:

• Furnishings (i.e. table, tablecloth, chair, etc.) unless rented from Kids Food Festival, please contact us with any questions.
• Sanitary serving gloves, napkins, plates, serving utensils, sampling cups, sampling toothpicks, etc., if needed
• Banner and/or signage and needed support
• Liability and property insurance

Weather:

• The Kids Food Festival will take place in rain, snow or shine. There will be no refunds given due to weather.
